Hello!
I am writing a script that creates a follow-up a few days after specific emails are archived. But I realised that archiving an email is not detected by triggers or by webhooks. I tried reading through a few forum entries, and found that some people use the "MailLink Document Archived command" preference as a trigger, but I don't understand how to use it. In the pop-up that comes up when I try to add a preference, I am able to link to a command. Should I just add the doScript-link from my CRMScript there to use it as a trigger, or how does it work?
Or should I use something else as a trigger for when my email is archived, that allows me to run a CRM-script?

Hi,
Archiving an email should trigger the document.created webhook. (The before/after document save triggers do indeed not get triggered from Maillink/SOFO)
Hi Beata,
Triggers are only supported inside the SuperOffice web client and mobile application. They are not supported today from integrations such as Maillink and SOFO.
Your feedback is important to us, so we will give this the attention and prioritize it.
