Event do not stop eskalation (CS Compact 7.5SR1)
We have rules in CS 7.5SR1 to stop eskalation : Owner changed, Read by owner and they stop the eskalation perfectly when using Customer Service desktop :

When using CS Compact on mobile devices (Safari on IOS 9.x), the events are registered correctly , but the escalation does not stop :

Is this intentional? Is there a way around this without custom scripting.´=

We have the same problem, the escalation rules does not work. new start does not reset the escation time.
