SuperOffice WebTools for Windowsis a set of productivity tools for computers running Windows OS. This includes document management integration against SuperOffice Web and CRM Online.
The SuperOffice WebTools app is free of charge and covered under the current Terms of Service for your SuperOffice CRM installation.

The latest version of SuperOffice WebTools that we are testing includes better support for predifined email templates, support for sending new, embedded invitations from SuperOffice CRM and various bugfixes and improvements (see Release Notes)

SuperOffice Win users will receive new versions upon upgrading the Windows-client.

Who can join the pilot program?

We are interested in hearing from customers who use:

  • Online or SuperOffice OnSite Web 8.5 R06 (or newer)
  • Any browser supported by SuperOffice
  • Optional: Microsoft Outlook 2007 or newer
  • Optional: Lotus Notes 8 or newer

What's in it for you?

By being a Pilot tester you will get a head start and early access to this version. With the new features comes an important update that will provide better and improved overall connection experience.
This Pilot program will be valuable for customers eager to test versions before relase, and to get the most up to date versions, as well for SuperOffice - to make sure this version gives the desired results on stability and performance.

How can you give feedback?

We have several ways for you to give us feedback during the pilot testing:

  • Pilot Forum – this is the main communication channel to use. It is where we will inform everyone involved in relevant issues and is a place for you to post questions or provide feedback. You may receive answers from other customers, partners as well as our RnD resources. The pilot forum is only available to you when you have joined our pilot program.
  • Feedback form – there is a Feedback form which is available to everyone all the time here. It can be an easy option to send us a message about anything you have tested. We want to know if you are particularly happy with something as well as hear about any issues you may encounter.
  • Send us an email – we have a dedicated mail address: pilot@superoffice.com you can use to send in your questions or comments. This may be helpful when you want to discuss issues particularly relevant to your installation and you don’t want to post on a forum
