Hi, I am trying to add a List Configuration Field to my online quote connector. The documentation suggest that I implement GetQuoteList to provide the List infromation: So I implemented it as follows: However, this event never fires, and my Listbox displays empty: Please can you advise where I have gone wrong? This is a bug, see: Export to Excel - "Service Tags" are not exported properly and Tag IDs exported to MS Excel shown in column as number not text Sadly, there is no easy workaround available. Only solution here would be to create a custom field on the request and fill that automatically with the names of the linked tags, but that would require a consultant.

You can use soprotocol: links to open stuff from SuperOffice using a navigator button, if you want to open something outside SuperOffice in the same window, that is not possible.

Hi Betina, Also note that in the Admin client we have a setting for which user "Roles" are allowed to add new tags directly in the user interface, without using the Admin client (Settings & Maintenance). You may want to restrict access for standard users to be able to create new tags on their own directly in the user interface. Maybe users should only be able to suggest new types of Tags, and then an system administrator creates the new Tags directly in the list...

I need to be able to access a SQL Table in another database which I was told I can not do in CRM-script. Which is why I was looking for alternative methods and was just going to go straight SQL instead. We will never migrate to SO online as we have way too many customizations and the SO database is tied very closely to another in house DB. So not worried about that ever. I think this solved it for me once I make these changes. Thank you, Jeff

You can not manipulate the "Task" button in a result list, but you can manipulate the 'right click' tasks on a result list (with the Task as mentioned). MainMenu class only is available for old service client, so you will not find your answers here. It all depends on what you are trying to achieve, but I am quite confident that all (new) possibilities will allow you to find a constructive solution. If not please contact your local consultancy team so they can assist on this topic.
