New pilot version of Webtools for Windows

WebTools for Windows 12.0 is scheduled for release tomorrow.

We have now deployed a new version of WebTools for Windows
WebTools for Windows release 12.0 (12.0.7753.722)

Major features in this pilot version are :

• Various bugfixes

SuperOffice CRM Online will automatically detect new versions of WebTools and offer pilot users to update. WebTools can also be downloaded manually by pliot users from the download menu inside SuperOffice.

Major features in this version are :

• Investigating an issue that in some situations caused Webtools to loose connection to server and you could be unable to upload documents and not be able to send e-mail from CRM Client.

Major features in this version are:

• Stability fixes and improvements
• Webtools sometimes looses connection to server and thereby causing trouble with uploading / downloadingdocuments and not be able to send e-mail from CRM Client.

Major fix in this version:

•  The main fix here is for customers using terminal servers (Exchange non-cached mode), and latest version of Outlook. That combination caused archiving to fail.

WebTools for Windows pilot release 12.6

Major fix in this version:

•  The main fix here is a fix for the issue with wrong encoding for invitations sent from CRM (that some users are experiering)

• Invitations from CRM creates an invitation in inbox
• Invitations from CRM gets replaced with the content of the clipboard

Fix in this version:

• Issue on RDS servers: After opening emails, the SOMailProtocolHandler task is getting stuck and Web Tools "Performing Tasks" window is not closing. It stays open until the task is killed in Task Manager.
