Use the bulk update feature to update large amounts of contact data with just a few clicks.

Key highlights:

Bulk update existing CRM data

One of the typical steps in becoming GDPR compliant includes a review of the existing personal data you have in your CRM system against the new GDPR requirements. Chances are that you will need to update quite a lot of contacts in your database.

That is why the new SuperOffice CRM version offers you the Bulk Update feature. It allows you to change personal details for a large group of contacts, activities, sales, and projects – all in just a few clicks.

It has always been possible to change company details on a selection for a number of fields in SuperOffice CRM, but now you can bulk update most fields in SuperOffice, even your own “user defined” fields.

The Bulk Update feature is now available not only in the Selection screen, but also inside the Company, Sale, and Project screens.

By using the Bulk Update feature, you can make your existing data “GDPR-ready” quite easily. For example, you can easily bulk update the relevant legal basis for each purpose on all types of contacts you store in SuperOffice CRM.

Please note, that you need specific rights to be able to use Bulk Update. These rights are assigned in the Settings and Maintenance module of SuperOffice CRM.

Please note, that if you are using an earlier version of SuperOffice CRM, you’ll need to upgrade in order to get access to the Bulk Update set of features, as well as the other new privacy features.
