How do I reinstall SuperOffice Web Tools?

I have been recommended to reinstall SuperOffice Web Tools. How do I do it?

Please follow the steps below to reinstall SuperOffice Web Tools:

  • If you use SuperOffice Web tools on Windows operating system, please follow the instructions in this section
     
  • If you use SuperOffice Web tools on the Mac operating system, please follow the instructions in this section


Reinstall SuperOffice Web Tools on Windows operating system 

  1. Close your SuperOffice CRM and Outlook applications.
     
  2. Navigate to Programs and Features in your computer, check this article for the instructions on how to find it.
     
  3. In the list of programs find SuperOffice MailLink (1), select it, and click on the Uninstall (2) button.


     
  4. In the list of programs find SuperOffice Web Extensions (1), select it, and click on the Uninstall (2) button.


     
  5. To make sure that all Web Tools settings are reset after reinstall, delete Maillink and TrayApp (2) folders in AppData Roaming (1) and SuperOffice 7 Web Extensions (4) folder in Appdata Local folder (3).

Reinstall SuperOffice Web Tools on Mac operating system 

  1. Close your SuperOffice CRM, Outlook, and Web Tools applications. To close Web Tools, right-click on the SuperOffice icon in the tray and click Quit.


     
  2. Press Command + Space to get spotlight search on the screen and write in ~/library in the spotlight search.


     
  3. In the search box type in SuperOffice and in the file list select all files with the SuperOffice Web Tools (2) name. Right-click on them and click Move to Bin.
